Royal Data Hub is operated by Royal Advertising Agency, Hyderabad, India. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our marketing data platform, connect an account, import a file, or contact us.
1. Information we receive
We store your account identifier, email address and display name through your Royal Data Hub account. We store workspace names, imported CSV or JSON data, saved reports, source account identifiers, connection timestamps and campaign drafts you choose to create.
When you authorize a connector, we receive access tokens and, where supplied, refresh tokens and token expiry information. For Meta, access is limited by the permissions and ad accounts you authorize. Requested permissions are ads_read for ad reporting and ads_management for supported, authorized campaign-management actions. Basic profile information may be provided during login.
Depending on the connected source and your selection, report data can include account and campaign IDs and names, dates, spend, impressions, clicks, reach, actions and conversion metrics. Google connectors may receive Google Ads campaign data, Analytics reports, Search Console performance or selected spreadsheet contents, within the scopes you authorize. Connector availability depends on configuration, provider approval and your account permissions.
We also store trial start/end times, plan and subscription status and, when billing is enabled, payment-provider subscription references. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; Royal Data Hub does not ask you to enter card details into its own database. Infrastructure providers may process request metadata, IP addresses, security events and operational logs to run and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, separate workspace data by account, retrieve the reports you request, display and export saved datasets, enforce plan limits and operate subscriptions when activated. Tokens are used to communicate with the source platform on your behalf. Supported campaign actions require your instructions and authorization; connecting an account does not authorize unrestricted campaign spending.
We use limited technical and support information to investigate errors, prevent abuse and answer requests. Please do not upload information you do not have permission to process. Our current Meta reporting connector does not request access to private messages or lead-form responses.
3. Sharing and service providers
We send necessary API requests to platforms you connect, including Meta and Google. The Hostinger version of Royal Data Hub uses Hostinger for application hosting and MySQL storage. Sign-in uses secure server-managed sessions. Passwords are hashed, and we do not store readable passwords. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. If email delivery is enabled, verification and password-reset emails are sent through the configured email service. If enabled, Razorpay processes subscription payments. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and policies. Support requests sent by email are processed by our email service.
We do not sell your connected-platform data. We do not use Meta data to build audiences for another business. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, to protect the service, or to a service provider acting for us for the purposes described here.
4. Storage and security
Connections and saved datasets are stored on the server. Provider credentials are encrypted before database storage, and application requests check the signed-in account's ownership. Transport uses HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Hosting and connected platforms may process data outside your country.
5. Retention
Saved datasets remain until you delete them or we complete a verified deletion request. Disconnecting a source removes the saved connection and its tokens from our active application database; it does not delete reports already imported. Provider-side revocation is a separate action. Trial expiry and subscription cancellation do not automatically delete stored reports.
We retain account and subscription records while needed to operate the service or meet applicable accounting, dispute-resolution or legal obligations. Infrastructure logs or backups, if retained by providers, may remain for their applicable retention period and are not the same as active application records. We will explain any necessary retention when responding to a deletion request.
6. Your choices and requests
You can export and delete saved datasets in Royal Data Hub, disconnect sources, and revoke access in the source platform. To request access, correction, account closure or deletion, email info@royaladsagency.com from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting. See our data deletion instructions for the exact steps. Never send passwords, access tokens or one-time codes.
7. Children, updates and contact
Royal Data Hub is intended for business users who can authorize access to business accounts. It is not directed at children. We update this page when our data practices change and display the updated date. Contact Royal Advertising Agency at info@royaladsagency.com for privacy questions.
